Your Role
As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will lead regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance and achieving submission timelines. Your expertise will support pre- and post-registration activities, including strategy definition, dossier management, submissions and post approval processes. You will develop and implement regional, local, and global registration strategies, interpret, and communicate regulatory expectations, and manage operational activities such as the preparation, assembly of regulatory dossiers, revision of Artworks and Promotional material.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biochemical Chemistry, or another Science-related field preferred
- At least 6 years of regulatory experience.
- Extensive knowledge (+5 Years) of the regulatory environment in one of the following countries: Mexico, Brazil or Colombia; additional LatAm experience is preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and with excellent communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
- Skilled in databases, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative and team-oriented.
- Independent, attention to detail, proactive with good problem-solving skills.
