Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality regulations for the manufacturing and release of products and processes under your responsibility, adhering to national and international regulations, the requirements of regulatory authorities in export markets, industry standards, and the quality policies of [the company] applicable to operations.
  • Guarantee that your responsibilities contribute to plant productivity, ensuring timely product delivery to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor production processes and provide support for the implementation, development, and operation of the GAMED system.
  • Establish and maintain updated procedures, internal controls, instructions, formats, and plans to ensure a secure and efficient control of computerized systems, as well as information security.
  • Efficiently manage the system administration budget assigned to the area, continuously seeking cost efficiencies through savings and continuous improvement projects, ensuring expenses align with established objectives.
  • Maintain updated information on user accounts, software user lists, and access and privilege matrices for the systems.
  • Ensure compliance with access control policies, password management, and information security by correctly assigning profiles, roles, rights, and/or privileges to [the company] personnel for the execution of their functions.
  • Document system administrator activities to maintain the validated status of the systems.
  • Propose, implement, and participate in changes, evaluations, remediation plans, and follow-ups to continuously improve processes and achieve operational excellence.
  • Participate in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations related to your activities.
  • Manage and comply with the budget assigned to your functions, following [the company]’s financial policies and procedures, as well as internal corporate governance and business ethics regulations.

 

Your Profile

  • Education: Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Graduate or Final-Year Student).
  • Experience: Ideally, one year in a similar role.
  • Knowledge & Areas of Expertise: Experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry processes is desirable, along with knowledge of operational excellence, process models, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Computer Skills: Preferably proficient in Office (Advanced Excel) and GAMED.
  • Competencies: Results-oriented, analytical, strategic thinker with teamwork, leadership, and innovation skills.
  • Languages: Intermediate English preferred.
