Your Role

As a Regional Events and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events and trade shows across the Northern region. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing counterparts in the Southern region, and internal stakeholders (Marcom, Digital Events, Customer Applications) to align messaging and maximize visibility.

You’ll lead internal and external campaigns, from creative concept to on-site execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication. You will also support the development of promotional materials, internal communications, and training events. Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring flawless logistics is key. Your work will directly contribute to customer engagement, brand positioning, and business growth across LATAM.


Who You Are

You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and bring at least 5 years of professional experience — ideally in events, marketing, or commercial roles. You’re proactive, creative, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and thrive under pressure.

You bring:

  • A strategic yet hands-on mindset, capable of leading logistics while thinking creatively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools like Canva or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) for B2B engagement.
  • High level of English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • Willingness to travel monthly, mostly within Mexico, occasionally to LATAM countries like Brazil, Colombia, and Puerto Rico.
