Tu Rol
En tu rol como Operador General, serás responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de calidad en la fabricación y liberación de productos farmacéuticos, alineándote con los estándares nacionales e internacionales. Tu función es clave para la eficiencia operativa de la planta, contribuyendo a la entrega oportuna de productos. Realizarás y documentarás las actividades de producción según los Registros Electrónicos por Lote (EBRs) y los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOPs). Además, prepararás y operarás el equipo de producción, asegurando un rendimiento óptimo y reportando cualquier falla. Mantendrás la limpieza y el orden en tu área, minimizando riesgos de contaminación y garantizando un entorno seguro. Se espera tu participación activa en iniciativas de mejora continua y programas de Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS). Este puesto requiere un mínimo de un año de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica o química.

 

Quien Eres

  • Escolaridad: Secundaria Terminada / Bachillerato o Carrera Técnica
  • Experiencia: 1 año en el puesto o posición similar en la industria Químico-Farmacéutica
  • Conocimientos: Norma ISO 14001:2004, Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, Capacitación específica en aspectos ambientales, GMPs, manejo de montacargas, NOM-059
  • Computación: Dominio básico de paquetería SAP, Dominio Básico de paquetería MES, 80% Dominio de Excel
  • Competencias: Trabajo en equipo, cambio e innovación, solución de problemas, buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales internas y externas.
