Your Role:

  • The National Sales Manager (NSM) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales leadership.
  • You will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Your responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing the sales team while setting performance targets and monitoring progress.
  • You will drive pipeline growth, ensuring revenue targets are met while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients will be essential, as well as analyzing sales data to create accurate forecasts.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, will ensure alignment on sales initiatives and support company-wide goals.

  • Your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possessing a profound understanding of sales processes and CRM platforms, you actively mentor and guide the sales team, facilitating the effective implementation of tactical initiatives.
  • Your analytical prowess enables you to dissect sales forecasts and project pipelines, informing strategic corrective actions.
  • You excel in conducting high-level client meetings and visits to foster continuous skills enhancement and drive business development.
  • A readiness to travel is essential for refining sales strategies in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Additionally, you will require advanced English proficiency to navigate international client interactions and collaborate effectively across diverse markets.
  • You will also architect systems that bolster sales force efficiency and gather nuanced market intelligence regarding customer trends and potential.
