Your Role

 

With 3 years of experience, as a Pharma Maintenance Supervisor, you're responsible for ensuring maintenance activities align with GMP standards and quality policies for injectable and solid manufacturing areas. You manage preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance through SAP, ensuring minimal production impact and equipment reliability. You lead and support root cause analyses, coordinate technical shutdowns, handle spare parts, and monitor KPIs like MTTR/MTBF. Your role includes regulatory compliance, training, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service, and operational efficiency across the plant.

 

Who you are

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Automation and Control Engineering or related field.

Certifications: CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System. Completion of training program for the use and implementation of a CMMS (SAP, Maximo, DATASTREAM, PM, etc.). Continuous Improvement – Lean Manufacturing. Completion of training program and certification of Yellow Belt or equivalent in the use of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving tools and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Competencies: Collaborative, inclusive mindset, building work and collaboration networks, teamwork, results-oriented, taking ownership of your role and responsibilities, providing feedback, managing and driving performance, being efficient, taking responsibility.

Languages: Intermediate level in English.
