Tu Rol:


En tu rol como Técnico de Mantenimiento Farmacéutico, serás una pieza clave para asegurar que todos los procesos de producción cumplan con las estrictas regulaciones de calidad y las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP). Serás responsable de realizar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y urgentes, asegurando que los equipos operen al máximo de su capacidad y que toda intervención quede documentada conforme a estándares GMP. Trabajarás principalmente con equipos especializados en la fabricación de tabletas, como máquinas tableteadoras, mezcladores y equipos periféricos, garantizando su operación continua y eficiente. Además, tendrás contacto directo con proveedores, realizarás cotizaciones de refacciones y repuestos, y asegurarás un alto nivel de servicio técnico. Formarás parte de iniciativas de mejora continua, apoyando estrategias como la filosofía de DPM (Daily Performance Management) y el mantenimiento autónomo, así como la capacitación técnica al personal operativo. Este es un rol 100% operativo, altamente colaborativo, donde deberás trabajar de la mano con equipos multifuncionales para resolver fallas, implementar soluciones y mantener la eficiencia operativa. Tu conocimiento técnico en electrónica (HMI, PLCs, protocolos de comunicación y control convencional) será clave para el éxito del rol.

 

Quien Eres:

  • Carrera técnica o profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín.
  • Mínimo 1 a 3 años de experiencia práctica en un rol similar dentro de la industria farmacéutica (preferentemente en procesos de tableteado).
  • Conocimiento sólido de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y normativas de Seguridad e Higiene (EHS).
  • Manejo de paquetería Office y Outlook.
  • Inglés técnico básico (nivel A1) para comprensión de manuales y documentos técnicos.
  • Conocimientos requeridos en equipos de tableteado, mezcladores y maquinaria periférica.
  • Conocimientos en electrónica: HMI, PLCs, protocolos de comunicación, control convencional.
  • Deseable: uso de SAP para gestión de mantenimiento
