Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Expert to lead our semiconductor equipment division, specifically focusing on metrology and inspection technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment design, and metrology techniques.
• Play the technical expertise role in all pre-sales, post sales and business development in the region/ or customer accounts assigned
• Promote UnitySC products and Applications through deep understanding of customers’ technology inflexion and technical requirements
• Support the Regional GM and Sales and service support staff (when needed)
• Adhere to Unity Sales processes and use of internal and external scorecard
• Support Regional Sales GM in meeting sales targets assigned
• Support Regional Sales GM in appropriate Account management – manage the customer account(s) assigned
• Hold regular review meetings with key customer accounts
• Build and maintain customers’ relationships
Location: Field Based in Canada
Travel: Up to 50% Domestic and International.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience, Master's Degree with 3-6 years of experience or Ph.D with 2-5 years of experience or equivalent 8+ years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, with a focus on metrology and inspection technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technology development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with industry-standard metrology tools and software is a plus.
Pay Range for this Position: $113,800 - $170,800
Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role and are derived from relevant industry
market data within Canada. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited
to your skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors. This role may offer the following benefits: health,
