業務内容

・ 社内規程の制定・改訂、組織の管理に関する業務

・ 文書・印章の管理に関する業務

・ インフラ・施設・備品の維持管理、事業継続性の確保に関する業務を含む社内サービス業務

・ 来場者情報管理を含むセキュリティに関する業務

・ 社内行事の企画・準備・運営

・ 公官庁への届出・申請等に関する業務

・ 事業譲渡に伴う社内体制整備に関する業務

・ 上記業務に関連するデータの収集・分析、資料作成

・ 上記業務に関連する社内外関係者とのコミュニケーション

必要なスキル・資格等

・ 製造業における総務分野での5年以上の実務経験

・ データの収集・分析と報告書作成のスキル

・ ビジネスレベルの英語スキル（担当業務に関する会話およびメールでのコミュニケーションができること）

・ 大学/高専卒業以上（経済・経営・法律などの関連分野の専攻が望ましい）

・ 中小企業診断士、簿記、マイクロソフトオフィススペシャリストなどの資格があれば尚可

・ 会社法に関する知識や実務経験があれば尚可

・ 普通自動車第一種免許（通勤用）
