1.業務内容

パール顔料生産工場のプロセスエンジニアとして、生産設備や付随する機器・建屋などの新規導入、改善、更新を担当して頂くことになります。

(a) プロジェクト業務

プロジェクトマネージャーとして全体取りまとめ、建屋・機器・配管等の機械分野の担当としてプロジェクトを実行する。（電気・計装については基本的に別担当）

　・研究開発部門や製造部門からの情報・要求事項等を基に、各工程の物質収支やプロセス最適化を検討し、導入設備の仕様作成、選定、P＆ID及びレイアウトプランの作成を行う。

　・ユーザー部門や、電計担当者などと協議して運転方案を作成する。

　・見積仕様書の作成、外部ベンダーの見積内容の査定、購買部門と共同しベンダー選定を行う。

　・プロジェクトコストを取りまとめ、実行承認を取得するための説明資料の作成等を行う。

　・関連する法規制の調査、官庁への届出、受検を行う。

　・工事ベンダーへの発注、ベンダーによる詳細設計の確認、進捗・安全などの工事管理を行う。

　・ユーザー部門との試運転などにより検収を行う。

　・ユーザー部門への設備引渡し前に、ユーザー部門やメンテ部門にトレーニングを行う。

　(b) その他業務

　　・投資費用についての予算取得用の概要設計及びプロジェクトコストの見積

　　・生産上の問題や課題に対する設備面からの対応策の検討及び実行

　　・機械メンテナンスチームへの技術サポート

　　・業務プロセスの改善

　　・メルクグループ内の他顔料生産工場との情報交換

＊工場は24時間連続稼動です。工事実施時期は年6回ある停止期間（メンテナンスによる停止期間:3回、及び年末年始休暇・GW・盆休暇期間）が主となります。

2.要件

(a)必須要件

　・高専卒以上

　・化学工学、機械工学専攻

　・化学工場を始めとする製造業およびエンジニアリング会社でのプラントプロセス設計5年以上の経験

　・社内外の関連者とのコミュニケーションをとりながら業務を進めることができる

　・業務に積極的かつ主体的に取り組むことができる

　・新しいことに積極的にチャレンジすることができる

　・英語で技術的な情報交換ができる（TOEIC 500点程度）

(b)歓迎する要件

・CAD操作

・メンテナンスに関する知見

・工場設備へのIoT導入の経験

・作業負荷低減、自動化などの改善に関する導入の経験

・CO2削減等、SDGsに対応した設備導入や改造の経験

・DXの導入・活用などの経験
