職務目的:　

・パール顔料・機能性顔料の新商品開発・商品改良業務（自動車内外板・化粧品・工業用用途）

担当業務:

[ラボワーク]

・パール顔料・機能性顔料の商品開発・改良業務　（外部のパートナー(企業や大学等)との共同開発を含む）

・パール顔料・機能性顔料の意匠・性能などの品質評価

・開発/改良品のラボ量産試作、工場試作、量産支援業務

・既存商品の生産品質維持サポート・トラブルシューティング業務

[顧客・営業サポート]

・顧客への製品紹介

・顧客への技術サービス全般

・顧客での当社製品に関わる技術上での問題解決と提案

[必要なスキル・資格など]

・学士・修士号 材料科学関連分野。 化学、化学工学、物理化学など、MBA または PhD はプラスだが、必須ではない

・化学品関連会社で新商品開発・改良経験がある方、同業界で応用技術及び将来の技術動向などの知識を有している方　

（少なくても5年以上の化学業界におけるラボ経験）

・社内及び顧客を含む社外関係者と建設的かつフレキシブルなコミュニケーションが図れ、状況に即した対応が臨機応変に取れる方

・優れたプレゼンテーションスキルを有する方

・ベーシックに読み書きが出来る英語能力を有する方　（TOEIC 600点レベル以上）

・課題形成～解決能力
