Your role:

Join our team in Norway as a Medical Science Expert for Fertility and become our go-to scientific expert in this vital field! We're on the lookout for a motivated and self-driven medical professional to enhance our fertility therapeutic area. As a leader in reproductive health, our company is dedicated to tackling infertility challenges through innovative treatments and solutions. You'll be covering a portfolio of recombinant infertility treatments, so a strong external focus is key—expect frequent travel and engaging meetings. Reporting to our Medical Director in Norway, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and grow your career with us. In this role, you'll serve as the scientific expert in fertility, mastering the science and evidence behind our medications and treatment options. You'll identify medical needs and implement strategies to position us as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while maintaining a visible external presence to discuss therapeutic data and explore collaboration opportunities. Additionally, you'll prepare and deliver educational presentations, develop medical materials, and ensure scientific accuracy in compliance with regulations. Sharing scientific findings and providing medical education to healthcare professionals will be essential, as will building strong relationships within the healthcare sector and engaging in scientific exchanges with medical experts—travel is a must! You'll also drive medical projects, including clinical trials and local evidence generation, in collaboration with external experts and internal partners, while collaborating cross-functionally to share your expertise and support the commercial team and other relevant functions.

Who You Are:

• Established scientific knowledge in reproductive health.
• University degree in a medical or scientific field (e.g., medical doctor, nurse, natural sciences).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical roles (MSL/Medical Advisor or related) is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Norwegian public healthcare sector and regulatory processes.
• Highly self-driven with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capability to evaluate scientific publications.
• A skilled relationship builder with a flexible approach and genuine interest in connecting with others.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
