Your Role:

 

As a Specialist Field Services Inhouse, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency of our field service organization by addressing customer inquiries related to service matters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth service coordination for our Field Service Engineers, enabling optimized service responses in their respective territories. You will serve as a liaison between customers and our service team, handling incoming requests via phone or email from external customers and providing them with technical support to troubleshoot problems. You will schedule service appointments for Field Service Engineers based on customer requirements and engineer availability, ensuring efficient service delivery. You will interact with customers professionally, addressing their service-related queries and providing technical assistance to troubleshoot issues. Utilize customer interactions to propose appropriate service products that meet their needs and contribute to customer satisfaction. You will maintain data integrity in our CRM tools by diligently following established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will prioritize ad hoc customer requests and ongoing business (maintenance and installations) to optimize resource utilization. Efficiently manage work orders and schedule tasks to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. You will initiate billable repairs' quotation through Service Max system, accurately capturing the scope of work and necessary resources. You will actively contribute to service innovation initiatives by proposing innovative solutions to enhance global efficiency.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • You have experience in a related role or any customer-facing, coordinator, or personal assistant role where excellent coordination skills were essential.
  • You are proficient French and Dutch, and fluent in English.
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities and can identify and address issues promptly. You excel at prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can complete documentation accurately and neatly, ensuring data integrity.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
