BI Business Partner & Sales Administration
Your Role
In this role, you will act as a strategic Business Intelligence and Sales Administration partner for the Healthcare business units (CMC & GM, NDD, Fertility, Endocrinology, Oncology). You will be responsible for analyzing commercial information related to sales, inventories, Stock in Trade (SiT), and market performance, ensuring that decision-making across Commercial, Marketing, and Medical teams is supported by accurate, timely, and well-interpreted data. Your work will go beyond standard reporting, as you will actively transform complex datasets into actionable insights that directly impact commercial performance and planning.
You will manage and monitor the daily processes that feed the current Business Intelligence systems, validating and consolidating sales and inventory information provided by distributors and pharmacy chains. A key part of your role will be to ensure data accuracy and reliability within BI repositories, supporting monthly reporting, forecasting activities, and the Sales Operational Plan. You will analyze commercial statistics to assess brand and portfolio performance across different segments, channels, and business units, comparing internal results against external pharmaceutical market data sources.
You will play an active role in Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including the monthly review and follow-up of discounts, provisions, and other commercial variables impacting business results for both CMC & GM and Specialty business units. In close collaboration with Commercial teams, you will help interpret the real business impact behind sales figures, supporting alignment between commercial agreements, execution, and financial outcomes. You will also contribute to the evaluation of new products or molecules by analyzing market dynamics, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
In addition, you will design, develop, and propose analytical tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel and Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, enabling internal clients to access and interpret information effectively. You will work closely with regional Business Intelligence partners to align methodologies and data standards, while maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders to obtain critical business information. As part of this role, you will coordinate and guide a small team of analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of analytical outputs, while fostering a culture of data accuracy and continuous improvement.
