Your Role

• Strategic Advisory Role: Act as a co-pilot and strategic advisor for the Healthcare business, focusing on the development and execution of commercial strategies through financial analysis and recommendations.
• Financial Partnership: Serve as a financial and strategic partner, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while integrating insights on the business model, product portfolio, market trends, and regulatory landscape.
• Finance Group Liaison: Be the primary contact for sector-specific financial issues, aligning business and financial objectives, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders.
• P&L Management: Oversee the Commercial P&L, focusing on sales, OPEX, and EBIT to drive sustainable growth and maximize revenue while controlling investments.
• KPI Monitoring: Report and monitor financial KPIs, support pricing decisions through market analysis, and lead forecasting processes to guide financial commitments, including the quarterly forecasting process.
• Performance Reviews: Optimize the integration of financial and non-financial KPIs in performance reviews and deliver management reports with value-added financial analysis.
• Risk Analysis: Provide prospective financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, collaborate on risk reporting, and participate in audits for regulatory compliance.
• Ethical Leadership: Foster accountability and promote a culture of integrity and transparency in business operations, ensuring ethical considerations are central to decision-making.
• Portfolio Strategy Contribution: Provide financial assessments for strategic business decisions, including investments and growth initiatives, and participate in executive decision-making.
• Regional Responsibility: Oversee financial operations and strategic initiatives in Centro America and Caribe.

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Business Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• You possess strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in the pharmaceutical market. Proficiency in SAP and planning tools is essential.
• You are determined, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong social and influencing skills and a proactive mindset.
• Your analytical and strategic thinking abilities are complemented by solid leadership skills, fostering teamwork and excellent customer orientation.
• You have project management experience and excellent communication skills to convey complex control topics effectively.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office are required, with knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SAC being desirable.
