As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development of the strategic framework for the assigned promotional line, ensuring sustained and competitive tactical execution in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet established objectives while adhering to global and local company guidelines.

Your Rol:

• Execute and implement brand strategy in alignment with global and local directives.
• Drive tactical plan implementation in collaboration with the sales force.
• Plan and monitor sell-out sales targets, ensuring achievement of objectives.
• Manage assigned budget efficiently and control promotional implementation expenses.
• Coordinate development of promotional materials with agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on brand-related matters.
• Track and report status of promotional projects and activities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. Postgraduate studies preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Cardiometabolic experience is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken – disqualifier)
• Proficiency in Office 365; intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
