Join our team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and play a key role in driving medical excellence for a specialized portfolio!

This position covers both public and private sectors, ensuring strong scientific engagement and education across stakeholders.

 

Your role:

  • Implement the medical strategy defined by the business unit.
  • Maintain close coordination with Market Access and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure effective communication of the product’s scientific narrative.
  • Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Engage with identified KOLs to strengthen medical education.
  • Support the medical community with updated information and solid knowledge about the pathology and products
  • Support initiatives for development in clinical research.
  • Execute targeted tactics to address educational gaps.
  • Promote safe and appropriate use of company products.
  • Drive disease and brand awareness among healthcare professionals.
  • Collect field insights to shape medical strategy.
  • Provide scientific training and support to internal teams and external partners

Who you are:

  • Professional with a medical or health sciences background, with experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector  
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and communicate scientific and clinical data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and market environment.
  • Experience training healthcare professionals.
  • Skilled in identifying and partnering with KOLs.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
