Your Role
- Lead and manage the key account team to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and build and maintain strong strategic partnership with key chain pharmacy groups.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and promotional activities tailored to the chain pharmacy segment; and growth hormone therapy in key hospitals/institutions
- Monitor sales performance, provide actionable insights, and implement corrective strategies to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing plans for chain pharmacy groups and growth hormone therapy.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of partnership initiatives, marketing programs, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Responsible for day-to-day management, setting objectives, coaching and developing employees, performance appraisal, determination of reward outcomes.
- Ensure field force operations are in full compliance with company policies and PhAMA codes of conduct.
- To ensure self and every member of the sales team recognizes a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensuring the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Drug Safety Officer (LDSO) within 24 hours.
Who You Are
- University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in both product and sales management positions in a multinational pharmaceutical company, with strong exposure to key account management and specialty care portfolio experience.
- Possesses leadership skills
- Experienced in staff management and development
- Ability to collaborate with Regional/Global managers and involvement in Regional/Global initiatives and projects.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and collaboration skills
