About the role

We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Field Marketing Specialist to develop and execute localised marketing plans for Lab Water across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Working closely with internal teams, customers and partners, you will translate regional strategies into impactful market activities that strengthen customer relationships, increase brand awareness, generate qualified opportunities, and support profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver localised marketing plans across Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events, and partner activities.
• Adapt global and regional strategies to local customer needs, cultures, languages, and market requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to deliver projects from planning through execution.
• Build customer and market insight through market, customer, and competitor analysis.
• Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and commercial impact, and communicate results clearly.
• Support digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, virtual collaboration, and event-management activities.

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant science or business discipline, or equivalent experience in a science-based industry.
• At least three years of experience in field marketing, product management, commercial sales, business development, or a related role—preferably in a technical B2B, laboratory, life science, healthcare, or instrumentation environment.
• Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across multicultural, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Digitally minded, agile, proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to adopt new approaches and technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM, marketing, analytics, collaboration, and event tools.
• Willing and able to travel within Southeast Asia as required.
