What You Do
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and strategies.
- Provide insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Forecasting and Strategic Planning:
- Develop accurate sales and demand forecasts for oncology products based on market data, historical performance, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain team to align forecasts with production and inventory levels.
- Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts based on market dynamics, seasonality, and demand.
- Product Promotion:
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote oncology products.
- Create and manage promotional materials (leave-behinds, presentations, digital content, etc.) that align with regulatory standards and global content.
- Conduct events such as product launches / advisory boards / seminars / workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), such as doctors, pharmacists, clinic managers, purchasers, nurses and other relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations to educate stakeholders about product benefits and positioning.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and healthcare professionals from a marketing / commercial point of view, representing appropriately at all times.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with regulatory, medical, and legal to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Digital Marketing:

- Manage editorial plans, including email marketing, digital campaigns and customers’ digital segmentation
- Leverage analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations (e.g. SAPI & PhAMA)
- Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities for audits and reviews.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales trends, and ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for strategy improvement.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales (typically 2-5 years).
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., HSA, ACE, SAPI, NPRA, Bahagian Farmasi, PhAMA).
- Good communication and negotiation skills, including fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in market research.
- Digital marketing expertise
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ethical understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
