Your Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage the entire payroll processing cycle for employees in Germany, ensuring timely and accurate payments while adhering to local policies. You'll handle wage calculations, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings. Collaborating with HR and finance teams, you'll resolve payroll discrepancies and support employees with inquiries. Staying updated on German payroll laws, you'll ensure compliance and maintain accurate payroll records. Additionally, you'll oversee payroll data management within HRIS systems and safeguard confidentiality in line with GDPR.
 

 

Who You Are: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in German payroll processes and strong knowledge of German payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-driven and open to change teamplayer.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
