Business Development Manager & Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager & Supervisor to lead our efforts in establishing and nurturing coopperation with key healthcare organizations (HCOs), pharmacies, and selected pharmacy chains. This role requires a strong communicator with exceptional negotiation skills, a keen analytical mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges in the healthcare sector.

 

Key responsibilities:

Strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement:

Establish and maintain robust business collaborations with important HCOs and pharmacy chains. Manage key stakeholders effectively, negotiating favorable conditions and preparing comprehensive documentation.

Data and pricing management:

Enter and manage critical data in the CRM system. Collaborate with Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to record and manage pricing agreements within designated HCOs. Ensure and lead regular evaluation of performance and conditions with HCOs and pharmacies.

Problem solving and order coordination:

Proactively identify and resolve obstacles and challenges related to distributors and operational processes. Oversee process of transfer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery and evaluation.

Field support and coaching:

Conduct regular joint visits with MSRs, providing coaching and addressing immediate needs in the field to enhance performance.

Event participation and client engagement:

Actively participate in seminars, congresses, and other relevant events to support field initiatives. Conduct regular visits to VIP clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Analytical reporting:

Prepare and present monthly activity and sales reports, along with performance reviews, to assess adherence to objectives and identify areas for improvement.

 

 

 

Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Negotiation expertise: Proven track record in negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit all parties involved
  • Analytical thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess data, calculate ROI, and generate actionable  insights
  • Proactivity: Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges before they escalate
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ever evolving environment and adjust strategies in response to changing market conditions
  • Team collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and management.
  • Languagues: fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (spoken and written)
