Your role:

  • Ensures optimal and timely pricing of Biopharma products with respect to costs, legislation and moral and ethical rules
  • Contributes to healthcare policy and pricing strategy, all according to company compliance or ethical rules
  • Supports the timely introduction of products even with the support of economic studies and models
  • Prepares economic and clinical documents for price negotiations with government authorities and institutions
  • Monitors current relevant legislation
  • Sustains profitable growth by shaping the policy and access environment to support sustained drivers of growth and profitability
  • Delivers innovation by strengthening launch readiness through compelling insights, patients, company policies and analytics
  • Creates sustainable value through internal strategic planning and external reputation enhancement to make the company a competitive, sustainable patient-focused innovator.
  • Leverages the power of people and company culture by fostering an impact-driven culture at Healthcare GPA. Fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment that embraces future ways of working and diversity, equity and inclusion in services that will impact GPA's operations, healthcare business and corporate affairs.
  • Supports Merck Biopharma Business Units in negotiations with government authorities, institutions and hospitals
  • Maintains regular contacts with key institutions (SUKL, MZ) and insurance companies according to company compliance or ethical rules
  • Ensures the timeliness and accuracy of all internal information and reporting, including to Merck headquarters and the region
  • Monitors price developments through appropriate channels
  • Ensures availability (positive sheets) of Merck key products including optimal pricing models in hospitals and centers
  • Ensures the uniformity of Merck's prices and the local market
  • Daily review of the SUKL website to monitor information related to Merck products and competitors
  • Monitoring the website of the Ministry of Health
  • Ensures the development and management of KAM for hospitals according to the organization's requirements

 

Who you are:

  • University degree – medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, economics or natural sciences preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • English – very good knowledge of both spoken and written language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and working with a PC
  • Very good analytical thinking
  • Very good administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Independence and responsibility
