Your role: Join our Oncology team as a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with an exceptional cross-functional team, including Therapeutic Area Specialists, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, to ensure seamless execution of our strategies and unleashing the potential of our product portfolio. As the Product Manager of Oncology, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the brand strategy development and execution for our entire oncology portfolio. You will work on localizing and co-creating promotional and awareness campaigns, making sure our resources are used effectively within our marketing budget. Monitoring portfolio performance and providing competitive analysis will also be important aspects of your role. By staying tuned in to market trends, you will be able to analyze insights and turn them into innovative opportunities for our products.

Who you are

• University degree (in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred)

• 3+ years of proven experience in product marketing and project management (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, but also applicable to FMCG)

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

• A results-driven mindset and a positive attitude towards work

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Perfect proficiency in Czech is essential, along with an advanced level of English
