Field Application Specialist - Chemistry

As a Field Application Specialist for the Chemistry portfolio, your responsibilities will include supporting the sales team to achieve their sales targets for the Chemistry portfolio, aligned with the company's overall strategy.

You will be providing extended technical and consultative support for customers before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be initiating and joining customer-facing activities, such as customer visits, customer seminars, webinars, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and congresses/conferences.

You will be advertising individual products and complete workflow solutions to the customers, as well as supporting the roll-out of new product launches within the Chemistry portfolio.

You will be supporting sales by proposing and implementing specific promotional activities for customers and products within your responsibility.

Who you are:

• Have an MSc or PhD degree in Chemistry.
• Minimum of three years working hands-on experience in laboratory in the field of Analytical Chemistry  (such as chromatography, point-of-use, spectrophotometry, reference materials, environmental analysis).
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to transfer knowledge, as the job requires conducting portfolio trainings, customer seminars, and webinars.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew is required, as well as valid driving license.

• Familiarity and additional experience in other fields of chemistry, such as chemical synthesis, organic chemistry and biochemistry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in sales and/or marketing roles in Life Science and familiarity with the Israeli market will be considered a strong advantage
