 Your role:  

• Implement, upgrade, and maintain the organization's NAS infrastructure.
• Oversee the delivery and documentation of ITSM processes, including Capacity, Availability, Performance, Lifecycle, Patch and Vulnerability, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Security, and Compliance Management.
• Ensure all new and existing services undergo proper design, planning, and operational implementation.
• Recommend innovative and automated approaches to infrastructure tasks.
• Lead the resolution of complex incidents and provide emergency support outside regular hours.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Comfortable working US EST hours.
• Experience in NAS storage administration, especially with NetApp solutions.
• Strong knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI) and NAS architecture.
• Proficient in NetApp NAS (CDOT), including StorageGRID and backup strategies.
• Familiar with cloud offerings, file share platforms, migration tools, and backup solutions.
• Scripting/automation skills with Ansible; experience with SAN storage advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (NCDA, NCIE) are a plus; advanced English required, Spanish is a plus.
