Application & Service Support Specialist
- As Key contributor of the Middle East LWS organization, you act as the primary point of contact for clients (Distributors and End users) addressing inquiries, and providing appropriate sales and Service supports on due time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You are our scientific/ application ambassador promoting the strong image of Milli-Q as well as the importance of Pure and Ultrapure water in customer applications.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
A Product Knowledge and Sales/Service Support:
- Maintain/Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance. This includes the digital services that are actively pushed such as MyMilliQ remote access solutions. You will support key customers events and Tradeshows in which you will demonstrate your expertise.
- Support Pre-sales & Post sales activities in multiple aspects
o Support to select the right solutions (Equipment/ accessories and Consumables) to ensure appropriate match with customer applications and product best practices positioning
o Clarify technical details/ specifications and review sites technical drawings when needed for new opportunities
o Troubleshoot customer problems/warranty claims to identify its origin, try to resolve it or channel it to the right individuals You will feel responsible of the cases until complete resolution
B Collaborate: Define and coordinate tactical plans and activities with our local partners and other departments (local or in Headquarter) to deliver strong impact on our market revenues and market share.
C Generate Leads: Identify leads to upsell or cross-sell products and services and transfer them in a complete and a professional manner to our partners.
D Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
EDUCATION:
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical engineering, biomedical engineering with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Laboratories or water treatment industry sales or service
Languages:
Arabic, English fluent
Skills and competencies
Ability to communicate with clients at different managerial levels in several
Business sectors
Ability to adapt to diversified business needs in sophisticated and dynamic
environments like Clinical, biomedical & Pharmaceutical sectors
Ability to analyze market research findings & derive solutions.
Excellent presentation skills and Mastering of Microsoft suites (PowerPoint, Excell,…).
Writing analytical and consistent work progress reports.
Effectively define and analyze problems and derive quick and concrete solutions with
execution methodology and plan.
Location: this position is based in KSA, preferably in Riyadh or Jeddah
