Your Role

In this role, you will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, ensuring localized messaging remains aligned with global brand positioning while supporting launch readiness through market research and competitive analysis. You will collaborate with sales, market access, and medical teams to develop promotional materials, manage patient support programs, and execute high-impact presence at key congresses, all while staying within the allocated budget. Leveraging your expertise in data management and business insights, you will track campaign performance using digital analytics to refine strategies and monitor cost expenditure, ensuring full compliance of all activities while leading cross-functional brand planning and driving overall growth objectives.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare disease or closely related pharmaceutical industry 
  • Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
  • Deep knowledge of the local Healthcare system
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisions
  • Sound project management skills, with the ability to manage distinct and complex requirements, prioritize and execute
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong sense of urgency, and proven ability to organize, and prioritize for execution and completion
  • Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
  • Ability to leverage required technical tools efficiently (e.g., MS Office)BSc or higher in marketing/communication/ business related degree or similar
  • Fluency in English

Salary Package:

  • Annual Base Salary (RAL):  €50.000 – €70.000
  • Categoria CCNL: B - A
  • Variable Compensation (AIP)
  • Welfare and Benefits Package
