Your role: You'll have the opportunity to lead our Neurology & Immunology franchise, where you'll drive strategic initiatives and align local needs with global objectives. You will lead the development and execution of the multi-year strategic plan and annual budget, ensuring optimal organizational structure and performance. You'll have the chane to lead a highly dynamic and performing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to set goals and provide strategic analysis
  • Oversee Profit & Loss, monitoring key economic indicators and implementing strategies for growth
  • Develop local and global strategies, addressing market trends and regulatory changes
  • Foster international relations to support strategic initiatives and product launches
  • Champion employee development, creating a motivating environment and identifying talent for succession planning

Who you are

  • Degree in business or medical science degrees
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry Sales & Marketing roles
  • Successful team leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the Italian pharmaceutical sector (registration, regulatory, safety, information)
  • Knowledge of the main players in the Italian pharmaceutical sector
