Your role:

An exciting opportunity was opened to join our Rome Commercial offices as a Customer Service Apprentice for our Healthcare business. You will participate in the creation and optimization of digital projects to improve department performance; end-to-end order management, from order entry to invoicing delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms. Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance and effectively resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction.

Who you are:

· Academic background

· Well English and Italian knowledge

· Proficiency with the Office package, especially Excel, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as MS Power BI, previous experience with SAP

· Team player and continuous learning mindset

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

· Excellent analytical; systems, communication and reporting skills
