Your role:

 

The People Development Partner is crucial in developing and implementing learning strategies aligned with global HR and local business needs across all company sectors. Serving as the primary HR training consultant, the role fosters a high-impact learning culture through strategic planning, portfolio management, vendor relations, and direct training support.

Key responsibilities include developing local HR training strategies based on TNA and TEQ, creating promotional materials, planning the annual L&D portfolio, designing learning solutions, and updating content with vendors. The Partner analyzes training feedback for improvements, collaborates on the training calendar, conducts local enablement sessions, and refines trainer sourcing.

The role also manages pre- and post-session administration, handles training inquiries, and oversees vendor relationships to ensure alignment with company culture. Collaboration extends to internal teams (GES L&D, Group HR, Procurement, business units) and external partners (vendors, trainers).

 

Who you are:

  • Belonging to L. 68/99 (art. 1 or 18).
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in L&D and stakeholder management/coordination and compliance of Funded Training.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Be the point of contact for the local management of Funded Training plans (Formazione Finanziata)
  • Manage and drive all interactions with internal/external stakeholders involved in the process, supporting with deep dives in the topics covered by the Funded Training ensuring alignments and relevant approvals are reached (plan presentation, monitoring and reporting).
  • Manage Funded Training process, overseeing the related activities and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) methodologies and their practical application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills, communication and presentation abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and effectively engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Strategic business acumen and proactive approach, business understanding to translate needs into impactful L&D (Learning & Development) solutions, coupled with strong stakeholder and change management skills.
  • Proactivity, take ownership, and are a collaborative, customer-focused team player.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of learning theories and practices, enabling you to creatively develop innovative and inclusive learning experiences.
