As the Facilities, EHS & Site Security Coordinator, you will support the efficient operation of the Costa Rica office by coordinating facilities services, workplace initiatives, health and safety programs, and local security-related activities. You will work closely with employees, vendors, and key stakeholders to help maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

Your Role:

• Coordinate facilities operations, maintenance activities, and workplace services.
• Manage relationships with vendors and monitor service performance.
• Support Facilities budget tracking (OPEX) and workplace improvement projects.
• Coordinate office moves, space planning, and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Support risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident reporting activities.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and safety communications.
• Promote employee wellbeing, sustainability, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Support local site security processes, vendor coordination, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Assist with business continuity and crisis preparedness activities.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Facilities Management, EHS, Workplace Services, Office Administration, or related functions.
• Knowledge of workplace operations, vendor management, health and safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting facilities projects, audits, inspections, or workplace initiatives.
• Exposure to security coordination activities is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
