Your Role


As a Commercial Intern, you will conduct analysis and review of information, as well as support in internal documentation. You will be responsible for category changes and territory modifications, including zone changes. You will also manage requests and reviews of One Key changes, as well as the review of new hires and terminations in Ecuador, focusing on merges and duplicates. You will provide support in managing inquiry tickets from the sales force and will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of surveys in Veeva, including support in data tabulation. Additionally, you will create time out of territory records and approve HIPE accounts. You will assist in mass uploads in Veeva, including panel updates and account adjustments, as well as in the creation and/or maintenance of Working Instructions for the area. You will also be responsible for maintaining reports and dashboards. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

 

Who You Are

  • You are a student of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related fields (such as Mechanical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering) at an undergraduate level (from any university in Colombia, preferably the National University of Colombia).
  • You have an intermediate level of English (reading and writing).
  • You have knowledge of R and/or Python, pivot tables, modeling, and econometrics.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.
