Your role

 

The role involves supporting administrative and commercial operations with a focus on client management, order processing, and cost analysis. Responsibilities include managing B2B and B2C customer orders through multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, email, and social media), preparing tailored commercial proposals and quotations, handling billing via SUNAT, and overseeing payment collections and follow-ups. Participation in commercial events and direct sales is expected, as well as the preparation of production cost analyses and pricing proposals based on updated inputs. The role also supports data reporting for decision-making, including Excel-based reports detailing production times and costs. The candidate is expected to use digital tools for data analysis and reporting, while maintaining a proactive attitude and supporting continuous improvement in administrative processes.

 

Who you are

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business Administration and International Business (ninth semester), with expected graduation in December 2025.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Other tools: Power BI, SQL, SAP (basic)
