Your Role:

Como Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Coordinator, serás responsable de ejecutar y supervisar los programas de higiene, seguridad, medio ambiente y seguridad física en nuestras instalaciones de Colombia. Coordinarás servicios externos de facility management y medicina laboral, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la operación segura del sitio. Tus funciones incluyen auditorías, reportes regulatorios, capacitaciones, gestión de residuos, seguridad en eventos, y control de accesos. También actuarás como enlace con autoridades locales, áreas globales y proveedores. Tendrás contacto diario con aproximadamente 40 a 50 empleados en sitio bajo un esquema híbrido. Este rol requiere experiencia previa en industrias reguladas (farma, alimentos, petróleo) y un alto sentido de autonomía, ya que el manager se encuentra remoto.

Quién Eres:

  • Título universitario concluido en Ingeniería Ambiental, Seguridad e Higiene, o carrera afín con matrícula profesional válida en Colombia.

  • Inglés intermedio alto (capaz de realizar presentaciones técnicas y comunicarse en llamadas globales).

  • Experiencia previa en industrias reguladas (farmacéutica, alimenticia o petrolera), en temas de EHS, seguridad física o cumplimiento.

  • Conocimiento en normativa ambiental, SG-SST, residuos, medicina laboral y gestión de accesos.

  • Experiencia coordinando proveedores externos de facility management y servicios médicos laborales.

  • Dominio de PowerPoint, Excel y manejo de indicadores EHS y FM.

  • Capacidad para actuar con autonomía, ownership y sentido crítico frente a riesgos o eventos.

  • Habilidades de comunicación, colaboración y seguimiento detallado de procesos.
