Marketing & Events Specialist – North Region

 

Position Objective:


Co-create and implement marketing strategies to position and differentiate CM&E products, ensuring demand generation. This role is key for tactical execution, coordination with cross-functional teams, and overseeing promotional events.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Co-develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with CM&E Product Managers - Coordinate messaging, segmentation, and field promotion efforts - Support the follow-up and execution of the overall marketing strategy - Work closely with Medical Manager, Access Manager, and other departments to identify and cover training needs - Oversee the creation, approval, and deployment of promotional materials - Propose and implement omnichannel strategies tailored to each product, indication, and segment - Monitor brand profitability alongside the commercial team - Support the execution of account-based and territory action plans - Ensure full compliance with internal policies and secure prior approvals for all tactics and promotional activities - Lead the execution and tracking of events such as product launches, congresses, symposia - Comply with all EHS-S and pharmacovigilance company policies - Report any adverse events related to company products within a maximum of 24 hours - Participate in safety, health, and environmental activities and trainings.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry (mandatory).

  • Proven experience in planning and executing events.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.

  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, quotes, hotels, airlines, BTL providers, etc.

  • Familiarity with market audit reports (e.g., Close-Up, IQVIA, Systemth).

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, database handling, etc.).

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Canva and Google Analytics.

  • English: Avanced
