Your Role

Como Quality Assurance Specialist, apoyarás al Quality Assurance Manager en la implementación y ejecución del sistema de gestión de calidad para Colombia y Ecuador, garantizando el cumplimiento con las regulaciones locales, los lineamientos GMP/GDP y los estándares globales de la Compañía. Serás responsable de liberar producto al mercado colombiano, gestionar desviaciones, quejas y procesos de tecnovigilancia conforme a la normatividad vigente (Resolución 40816), así como participar en inspecciones y validaciones regulatorias. Además, actuarás como Key User de SAP para calidad, apoyarás revisiones en Ecuador, coordinarás con operadores logísticos y contribuirás en entrenamientos, auditorías, CAPAs y mejora continua. Se requiere liderazgo autónomo, inglés avanzado, carácter firme y experiencia en calidad dentro del sector farmacéutico.

Quién Eres

• Profesional titulado en Química Farmacéutica (única carrera aceptada)

• Registro ante INVIMA y tarjeta profesional vigente

• Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (oral y escrito, validado en entrevista)

• Experiencia en liberación de producto, tecnovigilancia, desviaciones y GMP/GDP

• Conocimiento de la Resolución 40816, guías de la OMS y normatividad local

• Manejo de herramientas como SAP (calidad), TrackWise, Mango y Office

• Formación como auditor interno (obligatoria o en proceso)

• Perfil extrovertido, autónomo, con liderazgo, comunicación asertiva y proactividad
