Sales Representative – Life Sciences (B2B Industrial)
Location: Cali, Colombia

Your Role

In this role, you will implement commercial strategies through action plans and work to meet sales targets and KPIs in your assigned territory. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with key customers in research, development, and quality. Regular client engagement, based on defined segmentation, will be part of your routine. You’ll identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions, negotiate agreements, and uncover new business opportunities. Your work will involve tools like SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn, and Redox, while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards.

Who you are

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy and Biochemistry (Pharmaceutical Chemist), Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.

• 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in front of customers.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, commercial acumen, and strategic-analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools.

• Intermediate English is desirable (nice to have).

• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region.
