Corporate Security – Brand protection & Product Security


Your Role:

  • We are committed to protecting our patients and customers by safeguarding the integrity of our products. As part of our Corporate Security Team, you will support the implementation of our global security program across North, Central and South America.
  • You will protect our products and brands from criminal activity and will develop and manage security and brand protection investigations in close collaboration with our internal and external stakeholders. This will include coordinating and managing external vendors and engaging with health and law enforcement authorities.
  • You will lead, coordinate and support our dedicated global matrix network and together with our local and regional security officers will increase incident detection and reporting throughout the Americas. You will ensure transparency by creating and maintaining timely, comprehensive and accurate case records, as well as generating periodic statistical and analytical reports for various target groups, including senior management.
  • You will conduct security audits and assessments and will also create and conduct, target group appropriate briefings, training and awareness measure with internal and external stakeholders. Where security vulnerabilities are identified within value chains, you will contribute to the development and implementation of mitigation measures.


Who you are:

  • Graduate degree; Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand protection/corporate investigations.
  • Law enforcement or military intelligence experience preferred.
  • Experience in brand protection and the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment.
  • Proven track record in developing brand protection investigations with external vendors.
  • Experienced in online open-source investigations and supply chain security.
  • Experience in developing, leading, and implementing security concepts/projects.
  • An established security network and familiarity with relevant authorities and industry associations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an accurate, clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated and strong ability to manage and prioritize a large and diverse workload efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, collaboration and communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of the security risks faced by a global pharmaceutical company, and the ability to balance security requirements with the needs of business.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional language skills, particularly Portuguese or German an advantage.

 

The candidate can be based in São Paulo (Brazil) or Mexico.
