Your Role 
Como parte del departamento de Customer Excellence, desempeñarás un papel clave brindando apoyo en tareas administrativas enfocadas en mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y garantizar la eficiencia operativa. Esta posición es ideal para estudiantes que buscan crecimiento profesional dentro de la industria de las ciencias de la vida, mientras contribuyen directamente a mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán el apoyo a los equipos de Customer Excellence y Servicios, generando reportes que brinden información valiosa para las Funciones Comerciales (CF). Además, ayudarás en la atención de preguntas frecuentes de los clientes, como tiempos de entrega, precios, uso de plataformas digitales de la empresa, Certificados de Análisis (COAs), reservas de cotizaciones y sugerencias de productos alternativos. También serás responsable del registro y verificación de productos IQBF en el sistema de SUNAT, asegurando el cumplimiento con los requisitos regulatorios. Este rol ofrece una experiencia práctica valiosa en operaciones de servicio al cliente y soporte regulatorio dentro de una empresa global de ciencias de la vida.

 

Who You Are 

  • Estudiante de últimos semestres de Ingeniería Química, QFB (Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo), Ciencias de la Computación o carreras Administrativas.
  • Inglés: Nivel intermedio (lectura y escritura).
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado: manejo de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y macros).
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
  • Proactividad y enfoque en la resolución de problemas.
  • Interés en el cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio.
  • Capacidad para manejar datos y generar reportes.
