Your Role

• As a Product Manager for Cardiometabolism, you will play a critical role in the design, planning, and execution of our cardiometabolic portfolio.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that align with both global and local business objectives. 
• Your role includes conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
• You will engage with key stakeholders, including sales teams and healthcare professionals, to gather insights and feedback that will inform product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and review of promotional materials to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and align with scientific data. 
• Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the understanding and management of cardiometabolic diseases in the market.

Who You Are

• You hold in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in cardiometabolic conditions. At least 3 years of previous experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• You possess an understanding of cardiometabolic diseases and their treatment landscape, along with excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Your strong communication abilities in English and Spanish enable you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
• You are results-driven, demonstrating an ethical mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support product initiatives is essential (30% of time).
