As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will support Talent Acquisition Americas team (North America & LatAm) conducting recruitment activities and supporting local, regional and global projects.

Your role:

● Participate in briefing sessions to understand job profiles for vacancies in Brazil and smaller countries.

● Review candidate profiles submitted through the careers platform for open positions in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and other smaller countries.

● Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates regarding recruitment processes.

● Support job postings on various job boards beyond LinkedIn.

● Handle administrative tasks, including purchasing orders for Talent Acquisition vendors and verifying background check and medical exam costs.

● Conduct background checks for final candidates and request mandatory medical exams.

● Support employer branding initiatives according to company guidelines.

● Assist with the structuring and management of the Internship Program in Brazil, collaborating with involved teams and creating necessary materials.

Who you are:

• Student in the final semesters in Administration, Psychology, or related fields, with graduation scheduled for July/2027.
• Advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus.
• Proactivity, accountable, interpersonal skills, communication, sense of urgency, self-motivation, organization.
• Software: MS Office, MS outlook.
