Your Role
- Manage and lead distributor relationships across all assigned Latin American countries.
- Drive sales effectiveness, dealer management, and contract negotiation with local distributors.
- Set and enforce revenue and performance targets for distributors in each country.
- Implement and monitor new sales strategies, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Provide regular training programs to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Ensure accurate and consistent usage of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce - SFDC) to manage pipeline and lead quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in each market.
- Monitor sales pipeline and lead generation plans to ensure a healthy funnel of opportunities.
- Develop and maintain KPI systems for performance tracking and reporting.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in sales or distributor management within Latin America.
- Strong knowledge of the Automotive, Industrial Coatings, Plastics, Printing, or Cosmetics markets.
- Proven ability to manage multicultural teams and navigate diverse business cultures across Latin America.
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the region (up to 50%).
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
