Your role:

As a Market Access & Pricing Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with global standards. Working form our Amsterdam office in a hybrid model, you'll collaborate with business units and regional teams to manage pricing frameworks and support negotiation strategies. Your work will directly impact patient access to our products, as you develop innovative reimbursement models and engage with external stakeholders. Who you are:

• Experienced in market access and pricing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Have a degree in a scientific field or health economics.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Have strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Capable of making informed choices that drive business value.
