Your Role: In this role as OT Process Engineer, you will provide technical support to production/shopfloor colleagues, troubleshooting, and debugging customer issues. You will also investigate technical incidents and ensure 1st-to-3rd level maintenance support. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of a Tulip production system and its interaction with SAP. Your role will involve continuously improving/developing Tulip apps and its backend services for high reliability and fault tolerance. You will also maintain hardware interfaces with systems, such as scales and e-labels, and be responsible for maintaining Tulip documentation and knowledge database. Furthermore, you will lead digitalization efforts on or close to the shopfloor, such as automation, OT, AGVs, and similar production performance improvements.

 

Who you are:

  • Engineering degree (e.g. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informatik) with relevant IT qualification and knowledge
  • Professional experience in software support & development and production technologies
  • Some experience with SAP, network communication, IT architecture, scripting, DevOps
  • Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, Phyton, NodeJS is a plus
  • Openness for new technologies and concepts, willingness to learn such
  • Strong analytical and high organizational skills
  • Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders
