Your Role:

  • Achieve individual sales quotas and targets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, demonstrating a strong sales-oriented mindset with ownership from forecasting to closing sales.
  • Utilize digital tools to build and maintain business relationships within the Industrial segment, enhancing client engagement.
  • Execute digital sales strategies and plans to capture market share from competitors, focusing on key sectors such as Electronics, Chemicals and Materials, Semiconductors, Display and Battery Materials.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of products with numerous SKUs, implementing impactful activities to drive sales growth in the Industrial market.
  • Analyze data to define target customers and proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, generating successful outbound opportunities.
  • Regularly contact existing and new customers to promote sales and marketing campaigns, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions based on data insights.
  • Enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates from lead to opportunity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, influencers, and strategic partners within the Industrial segment.
  • Personalize interactions with customers using insights and data to tailor communications and offerings.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales within multinational companies in the Industrial sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions with excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying and developing new channels to create business opportunities in Electronics, Chemicals and materials.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with peers and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Korean and English.
