Your Role:
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries through phone and e-mail.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices and sales transactions on SAP and team's database.
- Coordinate the requested delivery quantity and delivery schedule with Supply chain.
- Efficiently process customer inquiries and purchase order requests and ensure high service levels and process consistency.
- Ensure all customer inquiries / issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's process and procedures.
- Identify and escalates difficult and complect issues to team lead.
- Assist in sales closing activities, such as issuing tax invoices, verifying customer closing periods and finalizing sales orders.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing and payments.
- Generate reports on order status, sales performance as required.
- Other tasks assigned by your superior.
Who you are:
- 4 – 10 years of related experience in order management, sales support, or a related role.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
- Customer service experience in the electronics/ chemical industry preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and MS office experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of SAP system in Sales and Distribution module is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales processing and understanding of order-to-cash cycle.
