Your Role:

We are seeking a driven individual to join our team in a strategic capacity, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will support data collection and analysis projects that facilitate fast and compliant product launches while driving strategic initiatives within our Life Science Business. You will focus on identifying innovative and tailored digital solutions using various options from the company's digital landscape. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic projects through data provisioning, analysis, and management tasks; developing innovative solutions to enhance continuous process improvement for in-house tools/websites; and gaining a solid understanding of global regulations governing GHS, Trade Compliance, and Chemical Registration to align them with business strategies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Natural Sciences/Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related discipline
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software.
• Experience in process optimization, quality management, data management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with transformation and change management in a professional setting.
• Regulatory knowledge in Life Science products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable.
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Independent, empathetic, and team-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills in a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Highly structured working style with effective time management.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and the ability to think divergently.
• Result-driven approach with a capacity for independent decision-making.
