Your Role

• Develops and implements Fertility product strategies, marketing plans, and sales tactics to ensure maximum profitability and growth.
• Manage the team and develop people to be engaged, motivated and outperforming.
• Lead key marketing initiatives and imperatives collaborating with Global & Local team.
• Manage marketing budget and programs impactfully.
• Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and adjust marketing strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
• KOL group management
• Analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, regulatory, market access and supply, to ensure timely product launch, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and keep focusing on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Support and oversee the execution of sales objectives and promotional programs.
• Other tasks assigned by your superiors.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
• At least 7+ years of experience & 5+ years of Marketing experience in a related field. MNC experience is a must. Sales experience is preferred.
• Senior Product Manager role will be considered, if you do not have track record of people management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and ownership.
• Fluent in English.
