Your Role:

• Serve as scientific expert of the therapeutic areas assigned and follow the direction from line manager and execute the tactics to drive scientific impacts for right treatment to right patients at right time. 
• Conduct field visits proactively with HCPs to identify and validate unmet medical needs and treatment experiences so as to generate medical insights for internal cross-functional teams to shape and course-correct medical and business strategies. 
• Lead in-field medical programs aligned with medical strategies for scientific communications with KTLs (Key Thought Leader) to strengthen partnership and endorsement.
• Aligned with product strategies in development and life cycle management to facilitate line manager and Global R&D team in the generation of clinical and real-world evidence (RWE) in demonstrating the efficacy, safety, and patient-related outcomes. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor degree in pharmacy or Master degree in related area (e.g. life science, biotechnology, biology, etc)
• MD/Ph.D/Pharmacist is preferred
• Previous 1-5 yrs experience in medical affairs (MSL; primary) and   MI/RA/PV/ClinOps (can be considered) 
• Good command of both English and Korean language
• Effective and efficient communication skill with business acumen
• Interactive, problem-solving, positive thinking, and collaborative
